Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager (RAQ)

Role and Responsibilities
1. Facilitator of the QA Cell

The RAQ serves as the facilitator of the Quality Assurance Cell, mobilizing all necessary resources to ensure its effective operation.

2. Quality Liaison

The RAQ acts as the quality liaison between the institution and the Commission for the Implementation of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (CIAQES).

3. Promotion of Improvement Initiatives

The RAQ promotes initiatives aimed at improving the various evaluations conducted by the institution.

4. Support for External Evaluators

The RAQ provides external evaluators with all relevant information and informs them of any difficulties encountered.

5. Evaluation Reports

The RAQ participates in the preparation of evaluation reports and oversees their validation, dissemination, and archiving.

6. Awareness & Animation

The RAQ is responsible for awareness-raising, information dissemination, and the facilitation of activities (e.g., document development and meeting organization).

7. Coordination

The RAQ coordinates activities among the various subdivisions of the cell at the institutional level and between these entities and the institution's management and structures.
